Sentul Depot’s collection of meeting and collaboration spaces are the perfect private spaces to host an event for colleagues and clients. Sentul Depot is divided into four, Warehouse 1, Warehuse 2 (A), Warehouse 2 (B) & Warehouse 3.
The sprawling 200,000sqft is perfect to host events like open markets, art and fashion showcases, product launches and other corporate functions. The location is also easily accessible via the MRT, KTM Komuter and major highways.

Terms & Conditions:
1) Duration of use: Full day (8 hours)
2) Setup: 12 midnight onwards on the event day.
3) Dismantling: Immediately after event before 9am the next day.
4) Rental of venue is subject to signing of “Right to Use Property Agreement” (“Agreement”) by the client. The Agreement shall be signed within seven (7) days from booking of venue.
5) 50% of rental fee shall be paid upon booking of venue. The booking fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
6) Additional hours required for setup, event and dismantling: RM 2,500.00 per hour, subject to availability of venue and management approval.
7) Security deposit is 50% of rental fee. The security deposit is refundable and will be refunded free of interest after the expiry date of the event less any sum due to the Owner from the client.
8) The security deposit and balance of 50% of rental fee shall be paid upon signing of the Agreement.
9) Set up plan subject for management approval is required upon confirmation.
