Any additional features or functions that are not stated under package features will incur extra charges. Extra charges will be imposed if modifications of website layout & features are required by client after the web design is completed.
GALERINIAGA reserves the right to suspend service in any case where client fail to pay balance payment after website completed. The clients website may be taken down until full payment has been received. GALERINIAGA takes no responsibility for any loss of data incurred due to the removal of domain/hosting service. GALERINIAGA will not re-develop the website if client decided to continue using their website after the hosting company removed all the client’s database in the server.
You are not entitled for refund if you changed your mind after you have paid for any of our website packages (either deposit or balance payment package). If we terminate you from using our service for any reason in accordance with the Terms of our service, we will not give you a refund for the amount fee that you have paid to us. Similarly if you terminate our service for whatever reasons, you are not entitled for any refund.
