What is page in website?

In website terms, a page is one view. One page length can vary in length. However at GALERINIAGA, we consider 1 page as up to 3 scrolls or below 3500px.

How long does a website development project take?

Usually 7 working days (Monday to Friday).

What about domain and hosting?

Not inclusive of domain and hosting.

Who will come up with the content?

Normally, customers have to come up with the logo company, content, description, images/photo (we’ll also add additional photos/images from our own), and videos (if any) of the product/services. We design the website layout, addition of icons, images and etc.

Is there any additional cost if features not stated in package?

Any additional features or functions that are not stated under package features will incur extra charges. Extra charges will be imposed if modifications of website layout & features are required by client after the web design is completed.

How about term of payment?

GALERINIAGA reserves the right to suspend service in any case where client fail to pay balance payment after website completed. The clients website may be taken down until full payment has been received. GALERINIAGA takes no responsibility for any loss of data incurred due to the removal of domain/hosting service. GALERINIAGA will not re-develop the website if client decided to continue using their website after the hosting company removed all the client’s database in the server.

How about refund policy?

You are not entitled for refund if you changed your mind after you have paid for any of our website packages (either deposit or balance payment package). If we terminate you from using our service for any reason in accordance with the Terms of our service, we will not give you a refund for the amount fee that you have paid to us. Similarly if you terminate our service for whatever reasons, you are not entitled for any refund.

Do you provide any support after website completed?

We provide maintenance support 1 month (website amendment, content changes)
