No. You retain full ownership of your domain and hosting. We act as your outsourced technical team managing the WordPress software layer, regardless of where your site is hosted.
This is dedicated time strictly for your business. You can use these 2 hours for tasks like setting up complex discount logic (e.g., Mid-Year Sale buy-2-free-1), uploading new product listings, editing product listing and minor layout changes (change images, contents and update blogs). If you exceed the 2 hours, we bill at our standard hourly rate.
No Rollover: To ensure we can allocate dedicated time for your business every month, unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be carried forward to the next month.
Yes. To actively manage, secure, and update your site, we need ongoing WordPress Administrator and hosting (cPanel/Plesk) access. Client confidentiality is our top priority. We highly recommend creating a dedicated Admin account specifically for our team, ensuring you retain ultimate control and can track our maintenance activities.
No. Our Care Plan is for maintaining and protecting your website, not rebuilding it. If your foundation is on cheap, low-quality hosting (e.g., RM150/year plans), you will continuously face issues. We will advise you to migrate to a proper Shared Hosting / VPS / Cloud Hosting solution first before we take you on as a VIP client.
