No. You retain full ownership of your domain and hosting. We act as your outsourced technical team managing the WordPress software layer, regardless of where your site is hosted.
Priority Support is dedicated monthly time reserved strictly for your business.
Growth Care (1 Hour): Strictly for technical troubleshooting (e.g., fixing payment gateway errors, broken plugins, layout bugs).
Premium Care (2 Hours): Covers technical troubleshooting PLUS content management (e.g., uploading new product listings, changing banners, updating blog content).
No rollover: To guarantee we can reserve dedicated time for you every month, unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Essential Care covers maintenance and security only.
If you need basic content updates (e.g., uploading products, changing existing text or banners), you can pay per task at our standard rate, or upgrade to Premium Care (RM500) which includes 2 dedicated hours for this.
Important Note: Custom design work (e.g., creating new landing pages, UI/UX overhauls, or custom graphic design) is NOT included in any Care Plan and will be quoted as a separate one-off project.
Yes. To actively manage, secure, and update your site, we need ongoing WordPress Administrator and hosting (cPanel/Plesk) access. Client confidentiality is our top priority. We highly recommend creating a dedicated Admin account specifically for our team, ensuring you retain ultimate control and can track our maintenance activities.
No. Our Care Plan is built to maintain and protect an already-optimized website, not to rebuild a weak foundation. If your site sits on cheap, low-quality hosting (e.g. RM50/year plans), you'll keep running into problems no matter how much we maintain it. In that case, we'll advise you to migrate to proper Shared Hosting / VPS / Cloud Hosting first before onboarding you onto a Care Plan.
