No. The RM60 is strictly a Diagnostic Fee to investigate the root cause of your website's problem. We do not guess; we diagnose properly. If you decide to proceed with our Repair Service (Standard or Critical Rescue) after the diagnosis, this RM60 will be fully waived and deducted from your final bill.
This falls under our Critical Rescue Package (RM450). We prioritize revenue-blocking issues like checkout errors, payment gateway failures, and cart bugs. Once you provide the necessary access, we will jump in immediately. We know every minute your site is down, you are losing money.
Malware removal is not included in our Standard Fix (RM250) or Critical Rescue (RM450) packages. Cleaning a hacked site is an unpredictable, complex forensic process. If your site is infected, we will issue a separate, custom quotation (starting from RM800) for a complete Malware Cleanup and Security Lockdown.
You only pay the RM60 diagnostic fee. We will give you a clear summary of the root cause. You are free to take that information to another developer, no hard feelings. But if you proceed with us, that RM60 is fully deducted from the final repair bill.
Yes. To fix your house, we need the keys. We require WordPress Administrator access and your hosting control panel (cPanel) credentials. As a registered business, we strictly adhere to data privacy standards. Once our work is completed, we advise you to change your passwords immediately for your peace of mind.
It depends on your emergency level:
Critical Rescue (RM450): Immediate priority. We aim to fix revenue-blocking issues (like broken checkouts) within 2 to 6 hours on the same day.
Standard Fix (RM250): Typically resolved within 1 to 2 business days.
Diagnostic (RM60): We will provide the report within 24 hours.
We provide a 7-day warranty specifically for the exact issue we fixed. If the exact same error returns within 7 days, we will resolve it at no extra cost. (Note: This does not cover new, unrelated issues caused by plugin updates or user error).
